About CJ's Reiki Room

At CJ's Reiki Room, we offer a variety of yoga classes for both beginners and experts, along with reiki sessions and sound bath experiences to support full-body wellness. Yoga combines stretching, breathing, and meditation to strengthen and relax the body, mind, and soul. Reiki gently balances your energy, while sound baths use healing vibrations to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. Each session is guided by one of our seasoned instructors and will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
